Participant understands that the individual provider is a volunteer counselor, and that Heart Transplant Guides (HTG) is a not-for-profit volunteer organization that provides experienced support for heart transplant patients. Participant waives any claims against the individual provider and Heart Transplant Guides (HTG) and holds them harmless from all claims arising from counseling services to the fullest extent of California law, which shall govern the relationships.
